Phase 2: Strategic Advisory (Optional)

You want someone to pressure-test your decisions before you make them
You need help navigating roadblocks and course-correcting in real-time
What's Included:
Monthly strategy calls (3 per quarter, 60-90 minutes each)
Email/text access for quick gut-checks between scheduled calls
Accountability check-ins to maintain momentum
Pattern recognition applied to your specific situations as they evolve
Investment:
Transition incentive: $10K credit toward Q1 advisory if you commit within 30 days of completing diagnostic
Quarterly commitment: $25-30K per quarter, billed quarterly in advance
Annual prepay option: 10% discount (full year paid upfront)
Minimum one quarter, renews quarterly with 30-day cancellation notice
