  • Detailed timelines (that depends on your capacity and other priorities)

  • Step-by-step implementation playbook (that's either your execution or Phase 2)

Investment:

Quoted after discovery call. Typical range: $40-60K.

Timeline:

Discovery call → 4 weeks for assessment → Written report delivered → Leadership presentation within one week

Phase 2: Strategic Advisory (Optional)

When Phase 2 Makes Sense:

  • You need ongoing guidance as you execute the priority actions

  • You want someone to pressure-test your decisions before you make them

  • You need help navigating roadblocks and course-correcting in real-time

What's Included:

  • Monthly strategy calls (3 per quarter, 60-90 minutes each)

  • Email/text access for quick gut-checks between scheduled calls

  • Accountability check-ins to maintain momentum

  • Pattern recognition applied to your specific situations as they evolve

Investment:

  • Transition incentive: $10K credit toward Q1 advisory if you commit within 30 days of completing diagnostic

  • Quarterly commitment: $25-30K per quarter, billed quarterly in advance

  • Annual prepay option: 10% discount (full year paid upfront)

  • Minimum one quarter, renews quarterly with 30-day cancellation notice
